Happistart will be taking families to Disney from July 15-20, 2024

We will be visiting from Jamaica but travelers can join from anywhere in the Caribbean, USA, or Canada.

  The price consists of the deposit and balance. The Client is officially entered by deposit payment and signing a travel contract. The price of services is arranged on the basis of the individual demand of the client by an agreement between the client and Happistart. If there is any change (in the period from the contract signing until the 21st day before the beginning of the trip) that will lead to a price increase (especially changes in the flight-ticket price, accommodation price, fees, etc.) Happistart has the right to heighten the contract price (up to 20% from the contract price). Happistart is obliged to inform the client about this price change and contract price increase in written form. The balance due has to be paid by a client at the latest 14 days before the beginning of the trip. In case there is a delay in payment, the client has to pay a fine, which is 0,1% of the balance due amount for every day of delay.

The Client has a right to cancel the travel contract before the beginning of the journey. If the client cancels the travel contract in a time period shorter than 45 days from the beginning of the trip, he is obliged to pay Happistart these fines:

90 - 45 days before departure 35% of the whole contract price

45 - 25 days before departure 75% of the whole contract price

25 - 0 days before departure 100% of the whole contract price

Cancellation fees will not be applied in these cases:

1. In case Happistart changes terms or contract price by more than 30%

2. In case of severe illness of client (doctor document needed) or in case of death of a family member

3. In the case of force major.

Attention - in case there is a cancellation from the client from the cases written above and the period is shorter than 15 days before departure, the contract price will be charged in whole amount! 

· All fees are subject to change until Group reservations are made.

· Late payments will attract a US $150 fee 

· If a traveler fails to make a Payment after 10 days and has not made contact with Happistart. Their spot will be canceled and 50% of paid fees paid minus the deposit will be available for refund. 

no unaccompanied minors - all travelers under the age of 16 are considered minors and MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 

children cannot be accompanied by anyone under the age of 21. 

Children over the age of 15 are considered on adult fare - You must select 2 adults in booking

No unaccompanied teens or young adults, you must be at least 21 years and chaperoning a child to be accepted - *exception apply*

Solo adults will not be accepted - this is a family trip designed for kids no adult will be accepted without a child - we have plenty other trips that are just as fun-filled that adults can join ☺️ *exception apply*

This trip is only going to ONE destination, Disneyland no exceptions will be made to adjust the itinerary for any traveler. 

Schools MUST have at least 1 chaperone for every 5 children under the age of 15 - all teachers must have written consent from each parent to take them out of the country.  *additional conditions apply for school groups*

all adults traveling with kids must be legal parent or guardian- unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept any minor that is not being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 

New Borns will not be accepted on this trip unless the parent accompanies another child.

This trip requires a U.S. visa which will be processed by Happistart, Families who are not in possession of a U.S. visa and do not meet visa requirements will not be accepted. 

*exception* all travelers who are already in possession of a multiple entry tourist visa and in the case of a chaperone that is not a legal parent or guardian the adult also has written consent from parent or guardian. An adult over 21 can chaperone a child that isn’t their child with written consent from the parent if that adult and child already possess of a US visa. 

We want to welcome everyone on our trip, but to ensure you do not waste your time and money please ensure you meet these requirements before signing up for the trip. These requirements apply to travelers who will be needing a US visa.

ADULTS

1. Applicant must not have been denied a US visa over two (2) times in the past

2. Applicant must not have any open immigration petition (on filing)

3. Applicant must not be currently married to a US citizen

4. Applicant must be gainfully employed and be able to prove financial ability

5. Applicant must have a clean criminal record

6. Applicant has no past immigration issues, with any country (Canceled or revoked visas, deportation, removal proceedings, denied petitions)

MINORS

1. Applicant must not have been denied a US visa over two (2) times in the past

2. Applicant must not have any parent currently residing in the US

3. Applicant must not have any open immigration petition (on filing)

4. Applicant must be enrolled in a full-time educational institution 

5. Applicant has no previous canceled visas
