Had an amazing trip! Deidre was exceptional—10/10! My previous private trip with the company was honestly a 2/10 experience, so I had some reservations about traveling with the company again. However, Deidre completely changed my perception. She showed me that one person really can make such a difference in a customer’s experience. Brazil was a beautiful country to visit. Happistart is always my go to website to book my vacations. Met some great ppl who are now my friends. There is room for improvement for the tour guide we got, however we had a great time in spite of it all. I will always recommend Happistart
