PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Each trip price consists of two parts:
✔️ A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $400 (required at booking).
✔️ The remaining balance (due per the outlined payment schedule). Full balance must be paid by July 1, 2026.
Your booking is confirmed once the $400 deposit is received, officially entering you into a contract with .
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Prices are subject to change until group reservations are finalized.
Clients will be notified in writing of any price changes. If the price increase exceeds 30%, the client has the right to cancel without penalty.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Outside of 45 days before departure:
Travelers will receive a full refund minus the $400 deposit, subject to any fees already incurred for trip planning (e.g., airline tickets, accommodations, administrative costs).
45 - 30 days before departure:
75% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
30 - 0 days before departure:
100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
Exceptions – No Cancellation Fees Apply If:
The contract price increases by more than 30%.
The traveler has a severe illness (doctor’s documentation required) or experiences the death of an immediate family member.
Cancellation is due to a force majeure event (natural disasters, war, government travel bans, etc.).
Please note that hotel, airline, and tour operator refund policies apply to all cancellations. Refunds are subject to these third-party policies.
TRIP TERMS
Prices are based on a minimum number of travelers. Should this quota not be met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In case of cancellation, all payments will be refunded.
While we strive to deliver all services as promised, we are not liable for delays, cancellations or circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: This trip departs from Montego Bay. To ensure the best experience for the group, final itinerary and accommodation details will be confirmed and shared 14 days before departure.
Visa-Free Travel – No visa is required for travelers on a Jamaican passport. Most nationalities to enter Colombia visa-free. Should you be travelling on a passport that requires a visa, we will assist.
Yellow Fever Vaccination - This vaccine is not mandatory to travel to Colombia, however, it is advisable. If you would like to take the vaccine before traveling, please see the following information:
Yellow Fever vaccinations are administered at the Slipe Pen Road Comprehensive Health Centre in Kingston on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and the Montego Bay Type 5 Health Centre in St. James on last Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at a cost of J$1,500. It is also offered at private facilities.
Passport Validity Rule – Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure from Colombia, with at least two(2) blank pages.
Important Note: Travelers who do not meet the passport validity requirement may be denied entry at immigration. Please check your passport’s expiration date before booking.

Travelers are responsible for their personal expenses. US $50-$100 per day is an ideal budget for this trip.

We will depart the Donald Sangster Airport (MBJ) to Medellín, Colombia on August 1, 2026.
Walk the streets of Medellín, soaking up the vibes and the culture of the city during the Flower Festival.
Take a guided tour of the Medellín and the famous Comuna 13. We will visit landmarks around the city, while learning about the country's history.
We will take a full day tour to the colourful town of Guatape, climb the El Penol Rock and feed the llamas at el Alto do Chocho.
This is a day where you can go at your own pace. You can go to the festival, go shopping at the Santa Fe Mall, or go paragliding.
All good things must come to an end. We will head back to Jamaica on August 6.
