Visa and Entry Information

Visa Requirements
No visa is required for most nationalities to enter Ibiza. Travelers may stay for up to 90 days within the Schengen area for tourism purposes.

Passport Validity
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your departure from Spain. This rule is strictly enforced by immigration authorities, and travelers who do not meet the requirement may be denied entry. Please check your passport’s expiration date before booking.

Vaccination Requirements
There are no mandatory vaccinations required for travel to Ibiza. However, travelers are encouraged to stay up to date on routine immunizations and consider travel insurance that includes health coverage.

Terms and Conditions

Payments and Fees
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot on this trip. The balance must be paid according to the outlined payment plan, and no later than forty five days before the start of travel. Late payments will attract a fee of USD 350.

If a traveler fails to make payment within ten days of signing and no extension has been approved by Happistart, their spot will be canceled. Fifty percent of payments made, excluding the deposit, may be eligible for refund upon written request within thirty days of cancellation.

Price Changes
Prices are arranged based on current airline, hotel, and supplier rates. If costs increase by up to forty percent due to changes in airfare, accommodation, or supplier fees, Happistart reserves the right to adjust the total price. Travelers will be notified in writing of any change.

Cancellations and Refunds
The traveler may cancel at any time before departure. The following penalties will apply and may be deducted from sums paid:
• 60 to 40 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost
• 40 to 20 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost
• 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip cost

Cancellation fees are waived only in cases of force majeure, severe illness (with a doctor’s certificate), or death of an immediate family member.

Travel Documentation and Insurance
Travelers must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the return date and are responsible for obtaining any required visas or vaccinations. Happistart cannot guarantee the issuance of visas.
All Happistart group trips include travel medical insurance coverage up to USD 50,000 through IM Global Insurance Company.

Group Travel Conditions
Group itineraries are pre-arranged and cannot be customized for individual travelers. Flights, hotels, and activities are selected for the group’s benefit and may be changed if necessary.
Travelers who choose not to participate in included activities will not receive refunds for those portions.

Liability and Conduct
Happistart acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and suppliers. The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss, or damage beyond its control.
Travelers engaging in extreme sports do so at their own risk. Happistart’s insurance does not cover injuries resulting from such activities.
All travelers are expected to maintain respectful conduct throughout the trip.
